What You’ll Do
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers through proactive outreach and consistent support
• Identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions with clarity, empathy, and care
• Handle policy changes, billing inquiries, claims assistance, and general account maintenance with accuracy and professionalism
• Use a needs-based, solution-driven approach to educate customers on their options
• Communicate our products in a relatable and easy-to-understand way

What We Offer
This role offers a base salary of $40,000-50,000 plus commission. On-target earnings (OTE) typically range from $55,000 to $90,000 depending on performance.
